Ribera del Duero D.O. Grapes are sourced from selected vineyards in the area of Nava de Roa (Burgos).
5 months in French (50%) and American (50%) oak barrels.
Deep cherry colour with purple hues. Intense aromas of ripe black fruits, with notes of cherry liqueur, cassis and a soft toasted background. Pleasant and smooth mouthfeel, with hints of black fruit and sweet spicy notes. Well-balanced and long finish.
It goes well with roasted red meats, lamb and grilled vegetables. Delicious with Iberian-pork cold meats, cheese platters, veggie tacos or noodles.
