Ribera del Duero D.O.
Stony chalky vineyards at altitudes between 850 and 920 meters in the plateau area of Nava de Roa (Burgos)
14 months in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels.
Intense red cherry colour, clean and bright. Ripe black fruit stands out, as well as hints of plum and black liquorice, with a background of vanilla and other sweet spices and fine toasted notes.
Smooth entry, with hints of black fruit and a marked structure. Long, persistent finish.
It is a perfect match with roasted pork and lamb, grilled red meats and game dishes. Ideal with dry cheeses.
