Bright and clean cherry color with violet reflections. Intense black fruit aromas such as blackberry, blueberry and elderberries. Floral violet aromas with nuances of aromatic herbs like laurel and thyme. Round and fruity with great typicity showcasing the limestone terroir where this wine is born.
Especially suited for stewed legumes, dry cheeses and blue cheeses. Ideal with roasted or grilled meat, red or white, roasted lamb and cold meats.
