It presents a purple red colour with violet reflections. Clean and bright.
Intense red fruits aromas such as blackberry, cassis, as well as floral aromas of violet and lilac.
The palate is round, smooth, with fine memories of fresh fruits.
Especially suited for stewed legumes, dry cheeses and blue
cheeses. Ideal with roasted or grilled meat, red or white, roasted lamb and cold meats.
