BARREL FERMENTED WHITE
From our Alto Cantabria estate proposed to “Singular Vineyard”.
Selected hand harvesting into boxes. Winemaking with free-run juice. Pellicular maceration for 8 hours at 14 ºC. Fermentation and ageing for 7 months in French oak barrels.
It has a light straw yellow colour with greenish hues, clean and bright.
It displays intense aromas to white flowers and ripe stone fruit, like peach and apricot, with notes to nuts provided by the oak ageing.
Complex, wide, rounded with a fresh and persistent finish.
This wine goes well with fish in sauce or baked fish and white meats in general. Ideal with foie-gras, pasta and rice dishes and shellfish. Perfect match for aperitifs and Asian
