75% Viura, 17% Verdejo, 8% Sauvignon Blanc.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 16 ºC for 15 days and ageing on the lees.
It has a straw yellow colour with greenish tones. Clean and bright.
Intense flowers aromas such as linden, acacia and almond. Fruits like pear and melon.
The palate is very fresh, with a good acidity marked, soft, and delicate, with a long and very persistent finish.
It is the ideal match for grilled fish, salads and vegetables, as well as pastas and shellfish. A good choice for smoked food and creams.
